He is the visionary founder of RISK STUDIO, a distinguished fashion marketing consulting agency and creative studio. Glazione has successfully conceptualised and executed projects for renowned brands such as Nike, Bang & Olufsen, Zalando, and NA-KD.
His rich experience extends to working at international agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey, BBDO, and McCann Erickson. Academically, Glazione has honed his skills in Fashion Marketing at Central Saint Martins and explored Digital Leadership at Hyper Island.

Layla is Brazilian, graduated in Social Communication from PUC-Rio, has a Marketing specialisation from COPPEAD-UFRJ, and a master's degree in Digital Experience Design from Hyper Island UK. She has dedicated much of her professional life to the corporate market, working at Americanas.com, RJZCyrela, and Telefonica in Brazil. She is now part of Hyper Island's team as a speaker, facilitator, and learning designer.
Mau considers himself as a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in multinational companies such as Pepsico and Nestlé in México, leading Marketing and Sales teams. He genuinely enjoys inspiring people by creating positive energy and cultivating a collaborative culture to deliver a positive impact through customer and consumer-centric campaigns and innovation.

About the speaker
Iñaki Escudero is deeply passionate about learning and firmly believes it to be the most potent of all human superpowers. For him, learning empowers us to shape ourselves into anything we aspire to become.
It’ll therefore come as no surprise that Iñaki is a learning designer. For the past 12 years, he’s been an integral part of Hyper Island, contributing his expertise to both the school in Karlskrona and clients across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Notably, he takes immense pride in co-leading the course on Brand Strategy and Storytelling.
Presently, Iñaki has redirected his focus towards assisting clients in navigating the realms of Ethical Technology and Green Skills through his consultancy, The Mutant Gene.
An avid reader, he has consistently devoured a book per week, amassing an impressive tally of 728 since 2009. Beyond the intellectual realm, he passionately undertakes challenging marathons, with his 29th scheduled for November. He is equally dedicated to exploring health-span philosophies as part of his ongoing quest for knowledge.
He currently lives in Austin, TX, but change is the only constant.

An alumna of Hyper Island Singapore; Supriya is an ethics consultant, brand strategist and human-centred designer. Deeply interested in the intersection of design, technology, business and society, she tries to identify pain-points and challenges of people, in order to develop human-centric solutions.
Supriya features in the list of '100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics' 2022 by Women in AI Ethics™, and was a finalist in the 2021 ‘Women in Voice’ awards in the ‘DEI in Voice’ category. Her work focuses on raising awareness about potential ethical issues and negative impacts that arise from technology systems, design processes and business practices- and the ways in which these can be mitigated through ‘Ethics by Design’.

Chris is a proud alumnus of the Business Development program at Hyper Island’s Stockholm campus. He believes that life is not about handing out success, but rather presenting us with challenges that make us grow. And the way to do so is to dare to try and fail fast.
He walked away from his job as an Aerospace engineer, to explore what he truly wanted to do: inspire people to grow.
A learner at heart, Chris lives life with pure curiosity, which has probably fuelled his 10 career changes in 10 years. His mantra in life is: “When I’m 70 I still want to ask myself, what do I want to become when I grow up?”.

Pernilla is a lifelong learner, professional rebel, explorer, and purpose agent. With a diverse background in business development, leadership, and team development her curiosity about human behaviours has made her an advocate for creating spaces to land; to know self, to know others, and by that decoding the complexities of systems and the relationships in between. After six years in various ‘work in progress’ at Hyper Island, Pernilla now holds the role as Community Director and Team Lead for Learning Partnerships – intersecting all the different parts of the Hyper Island community with a focus on connection, belonging, peer-learning, and development.

Tim Lucas is the Head of Hyper Island North America. Having gained his PhD in anthropology, he’s gone from working with gang members and football hooligans to collaborating with the troublemakers of Hyper Island. A big believer in learning from failure, his failings as an entrepreneur were not quite as heroic as his failings as a post-punk singer or DJ… but what he learnt he tries to bring to his work on design, creativity, and business transformation.
Sabryna Alsfasser is the Head of Hyper Island courses in the Americas. Having grown up in a French rock club, she subsequently spent a number of years in innovation with large organisations across Europe before decamping for a life in South America! She designs and facilitates journeys on Leadership, Innovation or Customer Experience for companies like Bayer, American Express, Kraft Heinz, or BASF.

Roberto Ottolino is not just a creative director, but also a prolific book writer and esteemed communication consultant. His innovative campaigns have earned recognition at various international platforms, including Cannes Lions, New York Festival, Eurobest, ADC*E Awards, Golden Drum, and ADCI Awards.
Roberto shares his expertise by lecturing in advertising at IED Rome and NABA Milan and contributes as a board member of the Italian Copywriters Association.
He is the acclaimed author of ‘#Freestyle. The Art of Improvisation from Oracles to Streaming’ (Hoepli, Milan 2022). Roberto further enriched his strategic foresight by attending the Strategize Like a Futurist program at Hyper Island in Spring 2023.
