And yet, we are in an industrial revolution where we can see the true essence of disruption, radical change, is happening right in front of us. With disruption comes adaptation. For societies, companies, institutions and individuals. A process in which we all try to become better adjusted to our new environment. 

At the centre of it all is change. The never ending, all consuming power of change.

Welcome to an open and honest conversation about the intersection of adaptation and disruption, verging from the personal to the societal perspective. Isabella and Rob will explore how they see the concepts of adaptation and disruption being (mis)used in the industry, how they’ve dealt with adaptation and disruption in their professional and personal lives, and what they think is the way forward.

The intention of this session is to clarify concepts, put them in context and create meaning around them again. We intend to have thought provoking conversations and give the participants new avenues to explore.
