About the Session
This is an interactive in person session blending theory with hands-on practice. Facilitation plays a crucial role in guiding teams through various transitional phases, so called in-between states, allowing them to effectively navigate complex situations and achieve success across different contexts.

In this session, you will gain an understanding of fundamental facilitation techniques and practical tools. These skills are designed to empower individuals to lead discussions, workshops, and meetings with confidence. We will explore the core principles and fundamentals of facilitation, understanding its significance in group dynamics and decision-making processes.

During the session, we will also dive into the Hyper Island Toolbox, offering a range of tried-and-tested facilitation methods, and explore different tools to encourage creativity, drive innovation and provide problem solving.
