In the contemporary business landscape, all companies are expected to consider their impact on the environment, finances, and society more seriously. This upskilling course is designed to address the market's need for skills that can lead the way in the transition to a more sustainable society, whether in large or small organizations.
Participants in this program will work with tools like the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and the concept of Planetary Boundaries. The goal is for them to play an active role in helping companies and society as a whole move towards climate neutrality.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Proof of 2 years of relevant working experience (in form of agreements, recommendation letters, payslips etc.)
Prerequisites: 2 years of work experience from organizational or business development, project management, planning, research, teaching, sales, system development or design.
2. Submit an Application Task

3. What is the Application Task about?
Make a video where you tell us about a concept or innovation that requires a micro-level change on an organisation level that creates a high macro-level impact that contributes to the solution of one of the UN 17 UN sustainability goals. https://sdgs.un.org/goals. Think about human behaviours and how to hack with the aim of bringing upon an effortless transformation. These concepts/innovations could be software, campaigns, hardware, social movement, etc. Discuss the challenges that come with it and how do you see your role in supporting those implications.
Criteria: Creativity, Research, Originality, Critical thinking/ Systems thinking
4. What do I need to submit along with my Application Task?
1. Your CV
2. Proof of your highest earned education (High School, Bachelor, Master etc)
3. Proof of 2 years of relevant working experience (The proof can be agreements, recommendation letters, payslips etc.)

5. For those applying for the Swedish Government Funded Seat: To be considered a student who qualifies for a Swedish government-funded YH education (Yrkeshögskolan) you must hold a personal number or coordination number (equivalent from one of the Nordic countries below) and fulfil at least one of the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Finland or any of the related territories.
- Have a permanent right of residence in one of the countries mentioned above
- Have a temporary right of residence in Sweden for the full duration of the course.
You must also meet at least one of the following entry requirements:
1) applicants need to have at least a high school diploma (“Gymnasieexamen”) or equivalent from Komvux
2) have a Swedish or foreign education that is equivalent to the requirements in item 1
3) resides in Denmark, Finland, Iceland or Norway and are eligible for an equivalent education in that country
4) through Swedish or foreign education, practical experience or in any other way meet the conditions to be granted admission in the program
Applicants applying for a Swedish government-funded seat must also meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Proof of basic knowledge of the Swedish language or any of the other Scandinavian languages (Danish, Faroese, Icelandic or Norwegian). Review here to see what we accept as proof.
*You can submit your documents in other languages than Swedish or English.
5. What are the evaluation criteria for the Application Task?
Criteria: Creativity, Research, Originality, Critical thinking/ Systems thinking.
*The maximum length of video: 1 minute. Longer videos will not be taken into consideration.
Rating of Application Task Video:
BASICS – 2 POINTS: Submitting a task in English.
RESEARCH – 2 POINTS: Clear that research and thought has been put into the task & clearly presents the research results in a good way.
INNOVATION – 2 POINTS: Original/Unique idea that is feasible.
COMMUNICATION – 2 POINTS: Communicating the idea in a clear way & showed abilities to ‘catch the viewer’.
PRESENTATION - 2 POINTS: Interesting presentation with a clear ending.
