WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED TO ATTACH

1. Response to the Application Task:

  • If you are applying to the Sustainability Change Leadership you'll need to reply to the Application Task by creating 1- min video. Questions under the FAQs here.
  • If you are applying to the UX Design you'll need to reply to the Application Task by creating 1-min video.

  • If you are applying to the Business Development you'll need to reply to the Application Task by creating 1-min video.

*Note that if you are applying to the both UX Design and the Business Development course, you can submit the same Application Task.

3. Proof of highest completed education

4. Proof of two years of relevant work experience:

  • The proof can be agreements, recommendation letters, payslips etc. If you are submitting your payslips, including the first and last payslips in your application is sufficient. For any other type of proof, please ensure that it includes your name and the duration of your work experience. 

5. For those applying for the Swedish Government Funded Seat: To be considered a student who qualifies for a Swedish government-funded YH education (Yrkeshögskolan) you must fulfil at least one of the following criteria:

  • Be a citizen of Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Finland or any of the related territories.
  • Have a permanent right of residence in one of the countries mentioned above
  • Have a temporary right of residence in Sweden for the full duration of the course

Note! By the course start dates, you must hold a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer), coordination number (samordningsnummer) or equivalent from one of the Nordic countries mentioned above.

You must also meet at least one of the following entry requirements:

  • applicants need to have at least a high school diploma (“Gymnasieexamen”) or equivalent from Komvux
  • have a Swedish or foreign education that is equivalent to the requirements in item 1
  • resides in Denmark, Finland, Iceland or Norway and is eligible for an equivalent education in that country
  • through Swedish or foreign education, practical experience or in any other way meet the conditions to be granted admission in the program

Applicants applying for a Swedish government-funded seat must also meet the following eligibility requirements: Proof of basic knowledge of the Swedish language or any of the other Scandinavian languages (Danish, Faroese, Icelandic or Norwegian).  The proof can include, but is not limited to:

  • Grades from Swedish high school course 2 or 3, alternatively Swedish as a second language 2 or 3, or equivalent course from other Scandinavian countries
  • Proof of completed or enrolled in the SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) course A1 and/or A2, or higher, or equivalent course from other Scandinavian countries. The SFI course, or equivalent from other Scandinavian countries, must be completed by program start. 
  • Letter from employer stating the applicant’s knowledge of Swedish or other Scandinavian language gained through work experience or other real-life experience.
