A global masterclass

Future Skills has brought together leaders from different countries, sectors and organisations in Miami, Milan, London, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Stockholm. Participants have valued the mix of practical tools, new perspectives and meaningful conversations with experienced peers. The masterclass creates space to step back from daily demands, explore emerging challenges and connect new ideas to real workplace situations.

This October, Future Skills returns to Stockholm as part of Hyper Island’s 30th anniversary. The focus is on how leaders can navigate the continuous change created by AI, from shifting roles and ways of working to new expectations on decision-making, collaboration and leadership.
